All workout data you enter in FitLog (exercises, sets, reps, weights, and workout history) is stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to any external servers.

FitLog provides an export feature that allows you to save your workout data as a file. This export is performed entirely on your device, and the exported file remains under your control.

Third-Party Services

FitLog does not integrate with any third-party services that would have access to your data.

Data Security

Since your data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features, including your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

FitLog does not collect any data from any users, including children under 13.
